In accordance with the state of California and the California Department of Public Health, all ticketholders, regardless of age, will be required to comply with the following:
- Show a driver’s license or other photo ID before entering the venue.
- Provide proof of full Covid vaccination (with final dose at least 14 days prior to performance date) OR a negative Covid test results (taken within 72 hours of performance time).
- Wear a mask inside the inside the venue at all times.
Parents or group leaders may vouch for the identity of their underage children who do not have identification. Children, ages 2 years and older, will still need proof of Covid vaccination or a negative Covid test result to enter the venue, as well as a valid ticket to enter.
Proof of vaccination can be a physical vaccination card or printed test result, a photo on your phone of your vaccination card or test result, or a digital vaccination record. All California residents may request a digital vaccination record at MyVaccineRecord.cdph.ca.gov
Acceptable masks are surgical, cloth, or (K) N95. Gaiters, bandanas, face shields or masks with an exhalation valve will not be acceptable. Prolonged periods of mask removal are not permitted for eating or drinking. Masks must be worn between bites and sips.
Covid tests accepted- PCR or negative antigen test (rapid test) results will be accepted, as long as they are in writing and from a medical professional or laboratory.
Negative results from a home test that are accessed through a CDC-approved mobile app will also be accepted, as long as the name on the results documentation matches the name on your photo ID. Below are some acceptable tests that can be used:

Please arrive 1 hour prior to your performance to allow the venue staff to check proof of vaccination or negative test result and assist in seating you before curtain time
Touch-free, hand sanitizing stations are provided by SAFE Credit Union Convention & Performing Arts District in all approved public space areas and/or common areas throughout front of house and back of house areas, including but not limited to, main lobby and event space entrances, food service areas, stairs, elevators, and escalator landings. Once you are onsite if you see a spot you would like to have one added we have a few extras that we are happy to place for you.

The program verifies that the SAFE Credit Union Convention & Performing Arts District implements best practices to prepare for, respond to and recover from outbreaks and pandemics
Washing stations are available in all restrooms throughout the facilities. Each restroom has touchless sink faucets, toilet fixtures, and urinal fixtures to reduce cross-contamination and promote better hygiene throughout front of house and back of house areas. Health-conscious hygiene practices are vital to help prevent the spread infectious disease. All restrooms will be frequently and thoroughly disinfected during event hours.
Based on current Sacramento County guidelines we are requiring everyone to wear masks in our facility. In accordance with County’s recommendations, all employees, volunteers, interns, contractors and members of the public must wear face coverings when indoors in City of Sacramento facilities, regardless of vaccination status. Our HVAC systems are carefully managed to provide the appropriate amount of indoor air circulation and proper outside makeup air per industry standards, meeting Air Quality and OSHA requirements.
We also have A Frame signs that will be placed at all entrances with notification of COVID regulations.
