Please note: We do not currently offer in-person sales on non-show days.

In Person:

  • No in-person sales on non-show days
  • Box Office windows open 2 hours prior to curtain at the respective venue:
    • SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center
    • Sacramento Memorial Auditorium
  • Occasionally open earlier for advance sales — call 916-808-5181 for current hours
  • Please note: Future event sales are not available during Broadway Sacramento or Sacramento Speaker Series performances

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
In the rare event of a cancellation or reschedule, refunds or exchanges will follow the promoter’s policy.
