We accept shipments two days prior to contracted move-in, shipments arriving prior to that may be refused and requested to be returned during the agreed upon move in time. We are not responsible for loss or damage to deliveries made directly to the facility. Should you have special requirements for deliveries, please contact your Event Manager.
We cannot accept freight shipments on behalf of exhibitors before or during scheduled move-in times. Show/Event management will be responsible for consignment of all freight shipments. Show/Event management is responsible for the arrangements and related costs for off-site storage before, during and following the license period outlined in the License Agreement.
