Purchasing directly from the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts District Box Office is the only way to guarantee face-value pricing — no third-party markups and no hidden broker fees. Our Box Office team is happy to help you find the right seats for any performance at the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center or the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium.


How to Purchase Tickets

By Phone

Call the Box Office at 916-808-5181, Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. Our staff will help you select seats, answer event questions, and complete your purchase with no online service charges.

Online

Ticketmaster.com is our only authorized online ticketing partner. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that online purchases are subject to convenience and processing fees.

In Person

Box Office windows open two hours before curtain at the venue hosting your event:

  • SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center — 1301 L Street, Sacramento, CA 95814
  • Sacramento Memorial Auditorium — 1515 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95814

In-person sales are not available on non-show days. Windows occasionally open early for advance sales — call 916-808-5181 for current hours. Please note that future-event sales are not available during Broadway Sacramento or Sacramento Speaker Series performances.

  • Walk-up windows: open two hours before each performance


Authorized Ticket Sellers

Only two sources are authorized to sell tickets to our events:

  • SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts District Box Office
  • Ticketmaster.com (official site only)

Tickets purchased from any other source may be invalid, overpriced, or duplicated. The venue cannot guarantee entry, issue refunds, or provide event updates for third-party purchases.


Reselling or Buying Fan-to-Fan? Use CashorTrade

Ticket Policies

Refunds & Exchanges

All ticket sales are final; refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not offered. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, refunds or exchanges follow the promoter’s policy, and any refund is issued only to the original payment method used at purchase. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com are refunded through Ticketmaster.

Week-of-Event Purchases

Tickets purchased within 7 days of an event are sold as Will Call only. Pick them up at the venue Box Office beginning two hours before the performance — please bring a valid government-issued photo ID matching the purchaser’s name, along with the card used for the purchase.

Age Requirements

Age requirements vary by event. Please call the Box Office at 916-808-5181 before purchasing if you have questions about age guidance for a specific performance.


Accessibility Services

We are committed to making our venues accessible for all guests:

  • ADA seating is available for all events — please request accessible seating when purchasing
  • Assistive Listening Devices are available free of charge; bring a valid ID to hold as a deposit
  • For accessibility questions, call 916-808-5181 in advance of your visit

 

Security & Entry

All guests pass through security screening, including bag checks, at entry. Prohibited items include outside food and beverages, large bags, weapons, and recording equipment. For the complete list, visit our Bag Policy & Prohibited Items page.


Parking

Convenient parking is available near both venues through SacPark.org, and advance reservations are strongly encouraged on event nights.
